Helping an anxious child self-soothe is an important skill you can teach through language and interactions. This week we have been talking in our workshops about coaching children to learn how to calm their brains and bodies. Here are a few “We are Blooming” sentences that are part of the Cognitive Conversation you can have with the children, teens and young adults in your work or life. When children feel calm they are more competent, confident and ready to learn.
